Background:
| Stewart reports that the
battalion was absorbed by the 11th Reserve Battalion to provide
reinforcements for the Canadian Corps in the field. Meek notes
that the unit served in Canada from February 3, 1916 to May 3,
1917 and in England from May 14, 1917 until it was disbanded on
that date. Meek confirms that the unit was absorbed by the 11th
Reserve Battalion. Love agrees.
Nicholson has no reports on the 200th Infantry Battalion
as it did not serve as an active unit.
Library and
Archives Canada does not show any records related to the 200th
Canadian Infantry Battalion
For details on the 11th Reserve Battalion,
