It is important to note that the Change
Detection monitor must be set for the specific page that you want to
monitor. For example, if you were to select the OK button for
this page (the updates), you would only get and update when this page
was changed. If you want to receive a new page was added to the Matrix
Utilities, then you would add the Index Page for that section, such
as:
http://cefresearch.com/matrix/Utilities/index.htm
You need to be specific, right down to the
lowest level in the hierarchy of the pages. If you wanted to only be
identified if there had been a change in the ORBAT UTILITY for 1916,
then you would enter that page:
http://cefresearch.com/matrix/Orbat%20Directory/1916orbat.htm
